Driving Directions to Magazine Mountain
Directions from the North
Take Exit 35 from Interstate 40. Proceed South on State Route 23 for approximately 5.0 miles. In Webb City, turnleft on State Route 309 South. Take State Route 309 South 33.5 miles to Mount Magazine Road. State Route 309 is a winding, but paved road, so travel will be slow. Turn right on Mount Magazine Road. After 1.4 miles on Mount Magazine Road, there will be a junction with Lodge Road. Lodge Road and Mount Magazine road form a circle around the top of the mountain. There are a number of trails that lead to the summit. There is parking for the trails.
Directions from the South
From Havana, Arkansas on State Route, take State Route 309 North 10.1 miles. Turn left on Mount Magazine Road. After 1.4 miles on Mount Magazine Road, there will be a junction with Lodge Road. Lodge Road and Mount Magazine road form a circle around the top of the mountain. There are a number of trails that lead to the summit. There is parking for the trails.
