Hiking Directions for Brasstown Bald

    From the parking lot, head towards the gift shop. The trailhead is just to the left of the gift shop. Follow the paved path to the summit. There is a visitors’ center on the summit. The USGS marker is inside a locked door at the visitors’ center. If you are there when the visitors’ center is open, a ranger should show you the USGS marker upon request.
